TangoDown Games is an independent 3D‑printing service operating within the United Kingdom. We hold a valid and authorised merchant licence issued by Highland Miniatures, permitting us to manufacture and sell physical 3D‑printed miniatures created exclusively from their digital files.

All 3D models, digital files, artwork, and associated intellectual property used in the production of our printed items are the exclusive     property of Highland Miniatures. TangoDown Games does not design, modify, or distribute digital 3D model files. We do not accept or print third‑party files, custom designs, or any unlicensed content.

All items are produced on demand using high‑resolution additive manufacturing processes. Customers should be aware that:

Minor variations in surface texture, colour tone, or finish are inherent to resin 3D printing

Support structures may leave small marks that are cleaned to a reasonable standard

Printed items may require preparation (e.g., sanding, priming, gap‑filling) before painting or use

Small components may be fragile and should be handled with care

These characteristics are normal for 3D‑printed resin miniatures and do not constitute a defect under the Consumer Rights Act 2015,       unless the item is materially faulty or not as described.

TangoDown Games is an independent entity and is not owned, operated, or formally affiliated with Highland Miniatures beyond the           authorised merchant licence that permits the sale of physical prints created from their files.
